Earlier, I had illustrated with the Master Plan of Singapore to show the long term urban planning of the country by the government. Thus, a great number of investors are all coming in to buy properties in the 3 Mixed Development (Marina One Residences, Duo Residences, Wallich Residence). These three developments will offer very high potential for high rental yiekld given the nature of the integrated development with the office block within the proximity of the residential buildings.


As for other foreigners who like to migrate to Singapore, and come with the intention to have their home values increase over time, District 9-10-11 are always the favoured districts, with the premium being District 9, with its location in Orchard area. When the market moves up, usually the prices of theses developments located in the prime district 9, will go up substantially, giving the investors or home owners a handsome profit when they purchase their homes at a reasonably market rate which is not when the market is at its highest.




Gramercy Park has only two blocks, namely the North and South Tower. And in the North Tower, a great number of units was sold within a short time given the recent good news, as the developers are also upbeat when they placed a high bid for the plot of land nearby. South Tower was launched only in March 2017, at a higher price, as it is located away from the main road, and thus is quieter in the environment.
