Singapore residential property market to see an increase in foreign investment this year A recovery in prices and a better leasing environment is expected to boost foreign investment in the Singapore residential property, according to Bank of Singapore (BOS). Singapore property prices have fallen for four years, before they finally began to rise recently. This has made Singapore relatively affordable compared to Hong Kong, for instance.  “The recent bullishness in the housing market has so far been largely driven by domestic buyers.
